GOAL: Let's go forward with the two guys we have. Let's re-sign them to 1 to 1.5 million, around 3 million for both

Defence: We need to sign a #1 defenceman, leaving Markov as #2, Souray #3, Rivet #4, Komi #5, Dandy #6, Bouillon #7

Forwards: Keepers are Ryder, Higgins, Pleks, Perez, Koivu, Bulis, Begin and Kovalev. We are missing 4 players up front and these 4 players need to be able to score and put up points.

Therefore, in my opinion we are 5 players away from being comfortably in the playoffs.

At first thought, 5 players seem impossible BUT now that I think of it, it's very possible through either our farm team, a trade, free agency etc. It should be an interesting summer.
