My god, I used to think Theo was the worst goalie in the league.  Well Abby proved me wrong yet again.  This guy is TERRIBLE.  Did he hold the puck one time tonight?  Or was every shot a rebound.  Worst goalie I have ever seen.

That's being not being a little but very harsh. It was target practice for the Canes tonight. If it wasn't for Abby it could of been 10 - 1 easily. He did give too many rebounds but that could of been because he hasn't played in a long time. He's the worst goalie you've ever seen? Wow! we didn't watch the same game. He was solid until they bombarded him and then they got the 3rd goal.

I agree, he's definately not the worst goalie out there, and up until the 3rd period he held us in the game, made some nice key saves, i do agree way too many rebounds, but hopefully he'll come around, but now we can get a rested Huet for the next few.

Please guys, don't blame our goalie in this one. It should of been 10-1. We let in more than one goal and the Habs fall apart! Why?.......because the guys have no offense!

I think Abby played fairly well considering we faced probably the best team in ther league tonight. Look at it this way....does anybody remember a goalie by the name of Red Light Racicot?

From all accounts (I did radio tonight) Aebischer held the Canadiens in there just as well as Gerber did the Hurricanes for a long time. Then the team in front of him gave up.
Listening to the radio I heard one "Great Save by Aebischer" after another...

Uhmmm..this guy stood on his head and kept his team in it for 2 periods until the defence literally left him to the wolves. If you want to point the finger, point it at guys like Kovalev and Koivu who have been unable to put the puck in the ocean off of a wharf.

The thing that drove that comment were about Abbys rebounds, I think all but 2 or 3 shots.  His poor positioning, and all around confused look during the play.

you guys are absolutely nuts. He is what kept us in the game until the backstabbing Defense left him to dry. Name one goal that was his fault?? NONE he kept close for us. ITs the godamn players. not the goalie!!!!

I was actually quite happy with Abby's tending.  The score could have been a lot worse...he stopped shot after shot until our guys went home and left him out there alone.

If anybody's frustrated, it should be Aebischer.

Anybody else think Aebischer might be calling Theo to get directions on how to break a heel?
