I don't know much about Simpson but being a healthy scratch in the last 14 games on a crappy team doesn't convince me. What I can't get over is that we couldn't trade Streit. I'm sure some teams were interested in him after the Olympics. Well, it's too late now. The bell has rung.

Don't forget, maybe not all the trades are reported yet.  The teams have to register the trade with the league and they have to try to notify the players involved.  Could be as late as 4:00 or 5:00 before the trades are done.
