If you meant on that shoot out, Saks isn't a break-a-way type player nor does he have a quick release. I don't think he's the answer. I would of went with Plecs or Markov rather than Ryder.

well, ideally Dagenais would be in the shootout lineup, but he's down in Hamilton. I would personally try out Koivu and see how he does. And I believe Ribeiro deserves to be in more shootouts after that move he pulled on Esche.

I also think Higgins should have his shot at it! He's been on fire lately and I think this would be something he would be good at.

Good point, Higgins deserves a chance. He has an accurate shot!

I thought Perezhogin looked nervous on his. Higgins has the hot hand, why not him?

Anyway, great comeback. Down 4-2, a 5 on 3 and the boys pulled out a point. I do worry how much they'll have left tomorrow night though.

I would have thought that Bulis may have been given a chance.  His last game against Philly he scored a couple of nice ones on breakaway type plays.  Although Higgins would have suited me fine as well, that kid is on fire.

The next shoot out should include Higgins, Bulis, and Kovy and if need be, as a fourth shooter Pleks.
