Should be a good game for both teams.


Let's see if Canada's got something in the tank and can pull this one off. They looked awful yesterday.


Brodeur looked SO SLUGGISH.

Anybody else think the Habs should have done a better convincing job to get Selanne in a Canadiens jersey? Him and Sak have some great chemistry.

Totally agree.


25-17 shots favoured by the Fins after two.


Luongo has been the final frontier here. Canada can NOT get anything together. I've seen one good shift in my opinion. - yet no points on the board.

Saku's brother Mikko. Too bad he's not a Hab as well. I think the Habs should get some more Finns on the team for next year.

More like they actually have a decent team and decent coaching finally. Too bad no Habs Canadians could even make it to the Olympics, says alot for the talent level of the team... What's funny is so far it's only Koivu and Kovy that have done anything at the Olympics, pretty much consistent as what's happened on the Habs so far this year.

I would like to say that there is very few Finnish players who floats in NHL. At this point I donīt find any.

Actually Power I was more pointing towards Kovalev who floats more than a corpse in the Hudson River.

Actually no John..just generalizing. Although you have to admit, linemates aside, Koivu has looked better the last week than he has all year. He has been going hard to the net and digging in the corners like The Saks of old. As far as Selanne goes, you never know what you are getting with that guy..he is much like Kovalev..if he decides to break a sweat and try..he can be impressive...if it is too much trouble he just takes space on the payroll.

I agree with you Barry, and had we gotten him, I can see this entire board calling for his head, asking why he's playing so well in the Olympics, but doing nothing for the Habs.

Well put!... although as Canadians, I suppose we should be saying the reverse:
How come these Canadians put out for the team that pays the bills but show no life when it comes to representing their country?
