It is even more impressive when you consider that Aki Berg is playing on their blueline in front of their 3rd and 4th best goaltenders - YIKES!
Bottom line though...And-o just can't see a scenario where Team Canada doesn't absolutely trounce the Finns tomorrow, especially after being embarrassed against the Swiss.
And-o thinks that Gretz and Lowe will simply have Quinn challenge the likes of Heatley, Bertuzzi, LeCavalier, Draper, Thornton and Nash to elevate their game physically!
...and how on Earth is Aki Berg (and company) gonna contain the likes of Gagne, Sakic, Richards and St.Louis???
And-o would be amazed if the Finns beat Canada...astounded...blown away!
For me, the Finns, Slovaks and (of course) the Swiss are the surprise of these Olympic (hockey) games so far. But ... it's just preliminatory round, so nothing's won, nothing's lost yet.

I said before the toutney to watch out for the Slovaks. They have some outstanding scoring power, all they need is for their goalie to play really well. The play of Gerber (so far) will go down in the history books as some of the most outstanding goaltending ever in the Olympics.

And-o is about to be blown away. This is without their #1 goalie. Don't know what's wrong with Canada. They look slow and disorganized. Pronger and McCabe look out of place. They need to pick it up in the 3rd. How is it the Finns are out-hitting us?

Sorry, I am little malicious now, these kind of things happen so rarely.
