Good defensive game by Montreal. Ribeiro had his best game of year, and kovy is heating up.


i have found out what is wrong with Koivu, he is trying too hard. he looks like a rookie trying to prove he belongs, and thats not his game. he needs to slow down a little more and let his game settle down.He had an absolute dismal game tonite and lost that faceoff that sent the game in overtime and had numerous give aways. He displays efforts, no doubt, but just not being productive at ALL. He needs a break to settle down, hopefully this Winter Olympic will do just that, Revitalization of his game maybe.

When they tied it up with 30 seconds left, I said here we go again. I turned to Nic and said  Look Buffalo came into our rink and beat us in OT. We will win this one it is our time. Let me tell you, as soon as Kovy got the puck  I knew he would score

Don't worry about him, he does that to everyone, he likes to stir the pot. He probably wears a Koivu jersey every game as he watches the hockey games from his tv

I actually appreciate it. Someone has to do that around here.  You guys are all massaging eachother with praise and it is nice to see an objective view.  Think how boring this would be if everyone agreed and avoided any contraversy.  Sometimes it is boring cause the posts don't go anywhere...the only good ones are where guys have strong opinions instead of avoiding saying what they really mean.


With that said, the boys are starting to come together aren't they?  I mean Bonk actually scored a goal and a shorty to boot....BONK SCORED A GOAL!!??  Notice to Kovy - stop dangling and get yourself in position to shoot, because you have a hell of a shot, guy!  Theo who? (sweet locks, though)!
