Hey guys, i was thinking at work about a shootout in my mind.  Last game of the year, montreal needs the win, the 2pts gets them in the playoffs, they go to overtime and nothing solved, they go to a shootout and........with the roster we have right now, who would your 3 picks to shoot be and why???

I'd have to say mine would be:

1) Kovalev.....yeah he's a floater, and sometimes he looks like he doesn't care, but he has a wicked shot, and if he is going in alone not touched i think he'll score more than get stopped.  Plus it means something, that might wake him up too.

2) Plekanec....he's a great stick handler, great shot, he's starting to score....i think he has the right thinking and quick hands to make any goaltender look silly.

3) Ribeiro.....your all probably shaking your head right now, but i've been watching this guy since he was a quebec remparts....he's got moves, and he too can make a goaltender look silly, great hands....the problem is in a game he gets knocked off the puck easily due to his size, and well right now he's our 4th liner, not much production there....but i think if you gave him the time with nobody to hook him or knock him off the puck he can do wonders....and remember, this is to get us in the playoffs, let him earn a little of his wages here.....
