Hey this is what everyone has been calling for...accountability!

If these guys...regardless of who it is...are not going to play hard every night...then they need to be given a seat.

And-o, I agree but my concern is that Gainey will send Ivanans back down without giving him another chance to give room to Pez!

I think we need the big guy around the team!

If that's not the case then yes, good move because then accountablity comes into play!

Also, what happend to Kotitsyn? Does he not deserve another shot? Just when I thought he was doing good things with the puck, off he went??

Not to harp on my buddy CJ, but isnt it strange that when he was coaching, Gainey tells him he has to keep playing Bonk. Now that Gainey is coaching and has to put up with the guy wearing number 14 and impersonating an NHL player, all of a sudden it is ok to start sitting guys. Cover the a$$ Bobby.

I think BG has finally seen the light with Bonk...he's not going to get any better than what you see now, which isn't much. How many years did we sign this clown for?

You know, Claude Provost used to wear #14 for the Habs, and Bonk reminds me of him a lot.

This is the worst call up ever. Perzhogin has been very inconsistant in Hamilton over the last 11 games only recording 2 assists and both of them were third assists that were not earned. What is this teaching him? that he doesn't need to play hard in the AHL to earn a spot with the habs. Kostitsyn already has two goals and three or two assists with the Bulldogs in the past two games and Ferland has a fair bit of points as well. This is a pretty boneheaded move unless Gainey is showcasing Perezhogin.
