Avatar still not working - I saved a jpg to Photobucket, and when I copy and paste the link into my profile it does not have the .jpg.  So, the change will not take.  However, when I add the .jpg, it takes the change but picture does not appear.


Any other advice?  I must still be doing something wrong.

When you go to your own profile, the specify avatar should say "Specify a remote image".  In the "Avatar URL" box it should read "http://i23.photobucket.com/..."  Make sure when you copy the URL from the photobucket image, that you remove the "img" and "/img" that are in square brackets, otherwise known as tags.  Let me know.

The when I stored the jgp, the url I copy over looks like this:

When I add .jpg on the end, I get the blank box you see here...but if I don't I get an error message.  Maybe there's something wrong with the way I saved the pic in photobucket?
