I like the idea of Ribeiro playing on the power play. He will be fresh for nearly the entire 2 mins as he isn't getting much ice time otherwise. On the power play you aren't looking for defensive prowess, but rather passing abilities, vision and a quick shot. I have been as disappointed as anyone about his play this year, but I figure that if the Habs are going to keep him (be stuck with him I guess), this is a pretty good role for him. Besides, if he plays for a good chunk of the power play, other guys can get a minute or two to get their legs back.
Okay, third period about to start. C'mon Huet and c'mon Habs!
