Sundin on his way out of TO

According to Spector's rumours, Sundin might be on his way out of TO along with other wholesale changes. Will the Habs follow suit?

I don't know, I still can't see that happening.  I guess I didn't see Thornton leaving beantown either though.  Is this a legit rumour?

If hearing it from 3 different sources is legit, then I guess it is. Desperate times call for desperate measures boys and girls. Yes John, I think the habs will follow suit.

Too bad he'll probably be sent out West. Yikes, hope not for Bertuzzi....Maybe we can get in on a 3-way. If Toronto is that desparate...

Now, do I think that Koivu is on his way out? Not without major returns to Montreal. I think that he'll either resign here or get traded. We won't lose him for nothing.

I hope so.. And I still don't understand why we would want to get rid of him, even if he does relinquish the "C". He may not be the ultimate 1st liner, but he knows how to set up like few others.

Stupid to toss him out, I say

Just that Koivu isnt surrounded by talent and heart. Talent, yes, heart, yes, but not both within the same player. Remember, we are rebuilding. I hope Koivu stays on Montreal.

TO. would be smart to trade Sundin while he's on a decline and still a good trade value!

As for us, we waited too long to trade the warn out Saks!

No sense in arguing with John-boy on this one AB.....Saku's short-comings (quite literally) just keep getting glossed over with the Bonk issue!

...funny though how BONK IS the Habs number two centre right now though, eh???  Geez...where did I read that prediction from???

Anyways...Sundin and Koivu have NEVER been in the same class...games, points, playoff runs...but some here just keep on-and-on about the cancer stuff, which is truly a remarkable accomplishment - not hockey related...but remarkable!

...you just can't say ANYTHING bad about the Saint here though!

i agree andy they are not in the same class , but not that far away , neither has led their team to anything , sundin is averaging about a point a game and making max coin while saks is averaging .8 points a game while making 3.5 mil. they are not that far apart and we save 3 mil for saks . for that much we may be able to pick someone up to get us that other .2points a game .

What's Bonk's PPG .000001? He's 2nd line center cause we have no one else to put there. Actually, did this slide start when Bonk came back? Sit him, please, get him outta here.

Yes, he's hardly the one to blame for all this.
