In Quebec for the weekend

I'm going to be going to Quebec for the weekend. I know the Habs are going to be on the road, but I was wondering if anyonw knew of anything Hab related I could do as this is my first trip to La Belle Province.

Quebec city...ummm nothin very hab related there being its old Nordiques land....but if you happen to make it to montreal saturday night...DEFINATELY catch the game at a Cage Aux Sports ( Habs licensed sports bar...everything is habs there...its like heaven) Its 2nd best to actually being at the game! and the food isnt bad either!! Umm, you can take a tour of the bell center i guess...or watch a movie at the giant cinema the Forum has been turned into...i still hate that they did that....

Pardon my ignorance, but is it very far from Quebec city to Montreal? I'm not sure exactly where I'm staying, all I heard was it is somewhere downtown.

Not that far ... about 3 hours on the road.

3 hours in good traffic and good weather. At the moment it is ALL ice...school was cancelled today....and im sure there are accidents all over highway 40... If your in Quebec city, i believe there is a Cage around there too... search the locations on the Cage's site....

You have to tour "Vieux Quebec".  It's stunningly beautiful; a fun place to walk around, great buildings, lots of history.  Fantastic restaurants, if that means anything to you.  There's also an open-air rink there, so you might want to bring your skates.
