I know its only after one game but if Gainey and Carbs get Bonk to produce more to spread out our scoring - isn't that a better form of coaching? You have to adjust with every person on that team as well as motivate each member of the team differently.
Not trying to stir the pot here on the eve of CJ getting fired but maybe Gainey or Carbs have a different way of motivating players than CJ did. In the end isn't that better for the team?

Yes Gainey has a different way of motivating players. It is the therat of a trade to Columbus or a room at the Hamilton Holiday Inn.I have said it a hundred times before and will say it a hundred times more. If highly paid millionaire hockey players need a coach to motivate them then perhaps we have a leadership and heart problem on our team. Do you think that Mark Messier, Gretzky, or Yzerman every needed a coach to motivate them? Uhmmm...no. Because they had pride in the uniform they wore. Actually i am at the office right now and am posting on this site because i really do not feel my boss is motivating me anymore.
