How many games do the Habs have to lose and prove they are disfunctional for Gainey to get his head out of his ASS!

He owes it to the fans and to his boss to make up for the bad trades he has made thus far! He is ultimately responsible for the poor product he is marketing!

If Gainey waits and we are out of the playoff picture, I hope he dumps the lot! Goodbye all the over payed bums including Kovi and Theo! We may as well call it rebuilding again!! By then we won't have squat to trade that is worthy of a decent return!

Gaining Huet was a good deal IMO, when he played for LA I found he was going to be a good goalie in the league, and I still think that. And as for Bonk, well, not much I can say to defend him, but you have to take the good with the bad.

I personally would rather BG not make a move then make a move to worsen the team.

How much worse can you get Jay??  We've went from 1st to tenth in 6 weeks.  I think a shakeup is well overdue!

EXACTLY!!!! Mr. Patient is killing any chance at the playoffs! By the time he gets his head out of his ass, it'll be too little too late!

How dare you say that a well respected professional the likes of BG has his head up his ass. I tell you what... why don't you BLOW it out YOUR ass.

What the hell do you know? What do I know? What do most people know?

NOTHING in comparison to him. You are mearly a fan of a hockey team so can it with your apocalyptic nonsense. He will make the move he wants to make when he wants to make it. With no credit going your way when it happens.

If we just look at the trade as Garon for Huet, it actually looks better especially after tonights performance!

Like I said previously, I like Huet and the way he fills the net! Did you see how many chances the Avs shot wide. Not much daylight to see!

You're magnifying my post! Head out of ass is a term used to say, he better react quick!

I use this term out of frustration especially after this game! Gainey was present and he has to react after this game! He has to be at his breaking point!

The GM has to do his job and being overly patient will destroy any chance of making the playoffs! He has to do something this week to jolt this team on this road trip!

I think Gainey is a great G.M.  I also am frustrated with the play of the Habs for the past while, but Gainey will make the right moves.  He is a proven GM with a history of winning.  Don't expect him to make another Patrick Roy trade that will destroy our team for many years to come.  When he does pull the trigger, it will make us a playoff contender again

Hey, this is only BG's second season and I seem to remember he took a marginal team last time around and generated a play-off series win.

He wasn't given a lot to work with and he's a proven winner (see: Stanley Cup with Stars).  He will make the right choices.  I do however agree that the time is now, because they are going to have to dig themselves out of a massive hole if things continue.

We could be the Pittsburg Penguins.... sad but true, I actually thought that going into the season they would be contenders. Look at all the stars they have on the team, and the team isn't producing.

And there is always a way down, or a chance to worsen the team, I wouldn't want another trade to set us back anotehr 10 years.
