Is it just me, or are the pop-ups on the site getting ridiculous? I've been asked to kiss brad Pitt and win a free razor. I've been offered a free dinner at Red Lobster, a free laptop, free gas for a year, free ringtones for my phone, and on and on.

Of course, none of this stuff is free -- it's just there to annoy us!

I realize that advertisers like these pay the bills for this excellent site, and that I should rev up my pop-up blocker to deflect these shots. But declining somebody's cookies all the time gets old. Isn't there a better way for the site's sponsors to talk to us?

Try using Firefox as a browser. It takes care of all that ugly stuff, and you never have to see a popup again. It also allows you to reject a sites cookies once, and then never have to again.

It's also free, and doesn't spy on you

however.....there is that SAY SOMETHING banner at the top that REALLY pisses me off...nothing more annoying than listening to that voice!!! SAAY SOOOMETHING.....fine i will....how about....GO @#$% YOURSELF
