I was watching the Pens/Swords game last night, and noticed that Sidney Crosby was sporting a new"A" on his sweater.  I know I said a few weeks ago that he was Captain material, but I truly didn't expect him to get an "A" at 18 years old and merely 30 games into his NHL career!


(And yes, I know he's in a bit of a slump  - the whole team is - and Ovechkin has passed him by.  I'd still choose him over Ovechkin, who is 2 years older.)

And still they gave it to him!  I understand it was Michel Therrien's choice.  Sid gets rewarded for being a Habs fan, perhaps? (Then again, Therrien likely isn't one any more!)
