In my humble opinion Dagenais is a waste of space and it's time for Bulis to move on.(Sunny and him are carbon copys)and Higgins can do the same job with more offensive upswing.

John- essentially he said that the time for him coddling these guys was gone. He implied that some players only play when they want to. Simples as this. He knows that his job may be on the line now. And he is sick and tired for standing up for these guys and getting nothing in return. He has done nothing but defend all these guys to the press and fans. Now it is time that some of them appreciated his loyalty and gave something back in return.

Way too little emotion...WAY TOO LATE!!!

...too bad the team will need to salvage a playoff berth out of this mess (6 shots in two periods has little to do with ANYONE being hurt...and EVERYTHING to do with a poor approach)!!!

There is way too much hockey left to go around talking about salvaging anything to do with this season. We could finish first in the league or dead last... anything can happen still so why bother jumping to conclusions.

exactly, and if we do end up doing very well, the band wagon becomes full of these guys who act like they believed in their team all along.

What amazes me is how the expectations of some rose to where they feel we should be battling Ottawa for first place in the division and maybe the league because we got on a roll early in the season. With the team and talent we have right now, this is what we will see now matter who is coaching and hollering. Win won or two, lose one or two. Face the facts boys. I have said it before and will say it again. With Kovalev and Koivu IN the lineup, we are a marginally better team that Toronto when they have their whole lineup.
