...and we are rapidly approaching the Christmas roster freeze!


Surely Bob makes some move...even if it is simply a shuffling of bodies to and from Hamilton before the roster freeze?!?!?!?


(And-o sees allot of potential in the Pittsburgh roster...but they seem to be coached like a street-hockey team - EVERYONE just seems to migrate towards the puck with no strategy!  And-o would make a trade with Pittsburgh and save a lost soul from that hockey wasteland.  And-o thinks that not even Crosby can save hockey in Pittsburgh...stupid ping-pong ball!!!)

guys from pittsburg id love to see come to Montreal. PALFY!!!!!!, RECCHI!!!!! and of course...CROSBY!!!!! but i dont either of those would happen. Id love to see any of those three come our way. Im willing to give up Ribeiro, Ryder, Bonk, Bulis, Sundstrom, MAYBE zednik,....id rather keep him..hes a playoff performer!! Um Ryder id rather keep too but you have to give up some to get some.

Palffy, Yes, and it would be great to see #8 end his career back in the R-W&B (R-B&B) and who wouldn't want Gonchar. And since I've got his last pair of gloves he wore during a game as a Hab, I'll take back Lyle for old times sake

 Gainey needs to wake up and do something. The teams needs a trade for improvement and to also wake up the boys!

YEA!!!!  one of my favorite habs of all time (remember  im still a bit of a youngster so im goin on players that i can remember)  imagine having him back in his prime right now   would definately show some of the pilons a thing or too   not the fastest  but definatley plays solid defence

I still think he'd provide some backside booting back there if we got him. It's just such a shame to see him drowning with the flightless birds.

I just noticed you're from TB, my sis grew up there, and I lived in Terrace Bay, down the road, for a while. Bet it's getting nice and cold up there!

What a shame all the talent on that team going to waste. I predict that team will be out of Pittsburgh within 2 years. I think Mario is not long for the skates, and the only thing selling tkts is Crosby

if it does leave pittsburg...and what a shame because mario really had that city going for a while....where to? I INSIST on a canadian city. Halifax, Winnipeg, Quebec City....

If it's North, either Winnipeg, or a second Toronto team. I've heard that possibility discussed a lot recently.

Maybe to match the Basketball team they could renam them the Toronto Saurus Rex (Say it quickly)

hey brooklyn...i like the name, catchy lol


but having another toronto team comes with having another group of damn toronto fans (puke). i honestly don't think i could handle it, being from ontario one team is already bad enough.


give winnipeg a team back, it wouldn't hurt anyone and they would do a hell of a lot better then many american teams are doing....with the cap in place winnepeg would have the opportunity to ice a decent team and it would reflect in attendence(they would sell out every game, even if it is only a 16000 seat arena)...
