What do we do now ??? Ya players are out we know who and why they are out, so I will not re hash that again. But, really lets all give some rational thoughts to this one. Getting rid of a coach does not put new talent on the ice. These are not my words  but Jeremy Jacobs the owner of the Bruins (his comment yesterday on 850 am Sports talk)  I have been very critical of Cj BG and the players. So here we are  losing 8 out of last 10. Everyone can take responsibility. We wanted CJ to get rougher with the refs, and last night it was great to see him do just that. He was right, the puck hit the top of the glass before it left the rink. It was not a clean shot out, so it really should not have been called a penalty. But, we have greater issues  Bonk should go, Theo again  what can I say. Yes, we are hurting with people out. So here we are going into another weekend  dejected Hab fans. I am going downstairs  grab my Tim Hortons Mug (my son lifted last time he was in Canada) and I am going to have a cup of Cinnamon Hazelnut to calm my fears

Well the silver lining is that we are picking up the odd point for these overtime losses, so all is not blue. Yes we have KEY players out now but so does Buffalo. I would like to see The Leafs right now if you took Sundin, McCabe and let's say O'neil or Allison out of their lineup. Things would be pretty bleak in Laffland. It is interesting to see that the only place I hear people calling for CJ"s bald head is here on Go Habs. I listen to the Team 990 and have never once heard anyone hollering for a new coach.

Hockey is a funny sport David. I have coached some extremely good teams in the past and some very pathetic teams. Sometimes no matter how well you prepare a team you go through stretches where you just cannot buy a win. Converesely, I have had stretches where I won games that I had no business winning. Sometimes the puck just goes in for you. As for the trade talk I said it before. We are going to have to give up GOOD players to get good players. In other words a Ryder, Koivu or Zednick/Kovalev. Gainey cannot go to the trading table looking to unload guys having terrible seasons with big paychecks. Theo's inconsistency and big paycheck will not have GM"s drooling. If we see Ribiero as selfish and lazy, GM's and scouts certainly do. If we see Souray's head elsewhere, Other GM's do. We are NOT going to get the type of shakeup and players we want without giving up quality. So those throwing around names like Theo and Ribiero or Souray need to start throwing around names like Ryder, Koivu and Komisarek. Simple as that.

We sometimes post with our emotions. What you have said here makes perfect sense. Thankyou

We wait for Markov, Kovy, and the Capt to get back. We get these boys playing on the lines they were are the start of the season. We don't loose Souray again, and Theo steps it up - if not, we play Danis a couple of games.

Do we have a 6 day break or something? Well we do soon, and when we do, CJ has to work these guys hard...

We don't get rid of CJ or BG. Get a new goaltending coach... maybe?

Most importantly, once these guys get back, we should make a trade - if its possible and it is necessary... like many have said before, no trades out of desperation.

Perhaps Mario should close the boards for 12 hours from the start of the game to avoid emotional posts .  I know that I am glad my internet connection is at work, and can't post anything during or after the game.

Dave/Windy: Shouldn't you be having these family squabbles in the sanctity of your own home?

If a trade came our way I would not be sticking up for him.
