It seems that Leaf fans at Montreal home games make more noise than Hab fans at Toronto Home games. Why is this ? I know that all of montreal home games have been sold out so how do leaf fans get ticktes for these games. I'm hab fan living in Edmonton and in Edmonton, the hab fans make just as much noise as the hometown Oiler fans... Go figure...
P.S. What happend to the Als...Brutal living in Edmonton being a Montreal fan. Als did not learn from last grey cup they lost to the Eskimoes. No one to cover Tucker.
Karim, i go every year to Montreal to see the buds and Habs, the fans get tickets from scalpers. There is so many of them its easy but costly. Yes the Leafs fans are loud which is fine because they're the real fans. I was at saturday night game, the atmosphere at the ACC is nothing compared to the Bell centre. The Habs fans were the louder ones before, during and even after the game. Even though we were screwed, the fans were still upbeat but be it ticked off at the events of the game. They drive 7 hours to see a game in Montreal because they can't get tickets in their own city. Too many cooperate suits and not enough real fans.
Good point Ray I live in TO and I came to see MTL(Bell CTR) in DEc 2003 (Did we have hockey then?) Any how Belfour beat Theodore it hurt 1-0, but the make b leaf fans are plenty 'cause all the good seats are controlled by the Corporate and Teacher's Union go figure...peace hab out.
