Gainey looked serious taking notes!
Permalink Closed

He was obviously being observant taking notes on the team and coaching! The whole picture!

There's more rumours about Luongo being traded to the Canucks with a package to get Cloutier and Bertuzzi!

If Keenan is seriously looking, I hope Gainey is paying attention! It could be a positive shake up depending on who we get with Luongo!

Luongo, Bowmeister and Huselius for Theo, Komi, Ribs. This seems fair to me since Theo has won the Hart and Vezina and Luongo hasn't. Theo is signed and Luongo isn't. Luongo is younger and has seen more rubber. Komi has a lot of upside and so does Bowmeister. Ribs and Huselius are both similar players with neither having much grit.

I do not think it is a good idea to get ride of Theo at this point. Fans and teamates seem to have faith in him.

Sounds good to me! A trade that would fit all our needs! Like I said before also, Luongo would make us forget about Theo in a hurry!

I have been the first to poop on Theo when he needs it. However I am starting to se ehim come into form. Aside from the garbage goal last night by Kilger when Theo mishandled teh first shot, I felt he once again stood on his head and from what I have seen of Luongo so far this year I will stick with Theo. One other question I have regarding trades. I have heard names like Ribs, Dagenais, and even Huet who has not played a game in a habs uniform and wants to play in Europe next year, thrown around here as trade bait. Do you not think that since we see how inconsitent and ba dthese guys are that NHL Gm's do not?

I hope that some of the notes he is taking (aside from firing Julien) is to get some legitimate NHL players. Take away Rivet, Markov and Komisarek (and Souray if he has his head on straight) we have a defence corps that woudl have a hard time making any team in the NHL (yes Bouillon included). And up front w ehave proven to be so razor thin in scoring that we lose one player and the wheels fall off. So keep taking notes Bob.

Don't mess with Bouillon man. He's solid, and would make any defense corps in the NHL except maybe Calgary. Keep messin' with Bouillon and I might start trashing Julien, and I'm one of the only people on this board who doesn't criticize the coach.

I noticed that to when they showed him he was writing up a storm. Whatever he was writing, i hope it will benefit the team.I know  he was writing a nasty note to referee in chief  lol
