From my limited understanding they compliment each other well. Jarvis is not as technichally sound as Julien (even though CJ still makes moves that make me shake my head lol) but he is more of a players' type coach. I read an interview with Jarvis and he said that he was happy to be working with Julien because he felt he was not ready to be a head coach and felt he was learning alot.

I'm as confused as a starving baby in a topless bar!
When I am watching the games, and they show CJ standing there with Greene, and Jarvis and as we know in the background you have Melanson for Theo, I sometimes feel Jarvis is the weak link. Then again cj has the final word. Having said that, how many teams would love to have BG, CJ, RG, RM, and Jarvis. I know I feel great that we have these guys running the team. Ifeel strongly that cj knows what its like coaching for the organization. He did coach in Hamilton before coming up. I like Jarvis and Greene because they know what it is like to lace up for the Blue Blanc Rouge and what it means when you talk about the Mystique and Dynasty here in Montreal. They know what it means to wear the CH I guess all in all we have a great coaching staff. The coaches are there to make sure their system of play is carried out, to make sure the players are up for each game. To constantly remind them that you play as a team and not an indivudual. Then again, the players are adults and there is only so much you can do. Iguess the coaching staff leads them to water but they cannot make them drink. I have never coached anything, so if I am off base sorry
