Well, I was to Montreal and back today on a (literally) flying visit.  Who did I bump into at the airport?  None other than the Roadrunner - Yvan Cournoyer!  We had a brief chat.  He was off to Toronto, I believe for some sort of autograph session.


Made my day!

And to think that on Saturday night he's getting his jersey #12 etired (along with Dickie Moore).

Ya he must be a busy man. And another thing Mario, you notice when we have some type of ceremony before a home game and all the old players/ambassadors are in the house. The Habs are not and they lose. We need this game and it will be very telling with this team. A quick bounce back will tell me a lot

No; he was going one way and I was going the other, so I didn't bug him about that.  We shook hands and had a very brief chat.
