Thanks Yann, I'm sure we'll be seeing you not too far down the road

here's the story - Huet to return

It's interesting that he had a shutout in his AHL debut. Let's hope he gets lots of time and confidence in Hamilton. Gotta love Goalie depth!

I do not know for sure but I am guess that Huet is on a one way contract meaning we either sink or swim with him if he faulters?

I have to say I know next to nothing about this guy aside from his name. Is he any good? I like Yann Danis and with Price in the pipeline it looks like the boys have some depth between the pipes. Keeping Danis in Hamilton is probably best though because it will allow him to develop. Always better to play than to sit...

C. Huet does not plan on planning in the NHL next season.  He already has stated that he will return to the Swiss league next year.  I say keep playing Y. Danis and dump Huet. No point having Huet for half a season, might as well give the back up position to Y. Danis. It will give him the experience he needs.

Let's see a combo of being on a team that drives deep in the playoffs and a fat, very un-swiss check being waved in his face. I bet he'll be able to leave the toblerone alone for at least a couple of seasons more.

If not, BG can just go look in his giant pile o'goalies and pick any of them to back up Theodore. So, if he goes, it's no fluff off my bunny.

Huet is not to return by Thrusday that is just stupid speculation on TSN's part. Michaud was called up to backup Jose, Yann is supposedly only in Hamilton to play a little since he was not playing much in Montreal, then he would be called back up (This is speculation from me :) )

From what I've read he has already signed the contract next year to play in Europe.  For whatever reason he would like to return to Europe.

Why did we waste the money on him if he already signed to play elsewhere next year??? Danis could have filled the role.
