Well, I have no idea what a Luddite is, Mrs. H, but I'll try to help you in your navigation.
When I go to the GoHabs site (by the way I never log off; that way when I go to the site, I'm already logged on), I click on "Recent Posts" to see recent activity. I look at the times and names on the right hand side to see the time and dates of the recent posts, and who posted (we all have our favourites, don't we?). I then click on the message of choice and scroll down to the bottom to see the latest additions to the thread. After I'm done with that thread, I hit the "Back" button on the toolbar to get me back to the Recent Posts page (which is my "base" for this excercise).
Once I'm done doing this, I go to "Main Page" to see what topics are "sticky" - i.e. those that the moderators have decided should stay at the top. Again, I read the times on the right to see the recent posts.
As for having favourite posters to read (and you're one of my favourites), sometimes I will click on their names to see their recent posts, to make sure I've seen them all.
That's about it Mrs. H. Hope that helps.

Thank you Nil (for the reference to my posts and for your help with navigation):
Here is the definition of a Luddite: "One of a group of early 19th century English workmen destroying laborsaving machinery as a protest; broadly: one who is opposed to especially technological change". This definition can also include "those who do not understand the technology". I'm sure they were just as afraid of losing their jobs then as we are now. How could one man (Mr. Webster) come up with enough words to create an entire dictionary....it boggles my mind. I am not opposed to technology....sometimes just not sure how to go about it. For example I did not know what "sticky subjects" were. Now I do. Thank you.
