Judging from the Islander games that I have flipped threw on the dish...Garth Snow seemed hot (and he looks human without that 4-by-8 sheet of plywood tucked under his jersey)!
Also, the Islander's always create havoc with their aggressive checking (a la Jason Blake and Aaron Asham types). However, And-o thinks that the Habs will dominate down low in the offensive zone and hopefully work the puck around for some quick shots on net.
This game would be ideal for our "depth" guys to step-up and bag a few!
I can't imagine guys like Bulis and Begin not having success against a team like NY...and Higgins is due...as is Komisarek (who is from the Long Island area I believe)!

I'm not sure this game will be the blowout, they've looked very impressive offensivly the last couple games against the Rangers, it's their ability to hold on when leading that may cause a problem for them.

yeah their offence did look good against the rangers but the rangers D is not too good either. either was weeks, he looked awful in the first period letting in the first 3 shots. i think montreal's D will step up and control the pesky islanders and the montreal forwards should have their way all game long.
