Watching to the game on SRC (French CBC) last night, the announcers (it's actually a feed from RDS; I don't know what happened to the old SRC crew) pronounced these two guys as follows:

Ple-ka-NECKS and Pe-re-ZHO-gin ("ZH" being pronounced like the "si" in "vision")

They made a point of stating that they were very picky about properly pronouncing the names of European players, and said that their sources were................. the players themselves!  They simply asked them directly for the proper pronounciation.  Pretty simple research, but effective!
