I see at the bottom of the Board that Figaro and Johab are moderators (in addition to Mario, bien sur).  What does this mean exactly?  I'm appreciative that Figaro and Johab, two excellent Board contributors - two of the best, IMHO - are helping with the Board adminstration, but what exactly are they doing?
