Last night the game in Montreal was not on Direct Tv. Will I have the same problem Sat with the Habs Leafs game, or is that the CBC Hockey Night in Canada. ????

The Montreal game on Saturday is not on in English on Hockey Night in Canada, unfortunately.  It will be on the French channel which is Channel 7 where I am in Vancouver.

Do you get the French CBC (Societe Radio-Canada) in Cape Cod?  If you do, that's the channel I'd recommend for Saturday nights.  I always watch that one rather than the English version going on at the same time.  Yes, the announcers are Hab fans - and what's wrong with that? - but they really do call the game as they see it.


So tell me - did you really learn French just by listening to the games?  That would indeed be impressive.

I took care of that problem, i'm in victoria bc and i got digital cable with RDS..ha ha. so i get them all.

French CBC is 1,000,000,000 times better with their commentary than Harry and Bob.
